How do I add products to inventory?
In the 'Inventory' section, click 'Add product' and enter the name, quantity, purchase price, supplier, and other details. The system will automatically calculate service cost price.
How do I set up automatic material write-off?
When creating a service, specify which materials are used and in what quantity. When the service is delivered, the system will automatically deduct the required quantity from inventory.
Can I set minimum stock levels?
Yes, you can set a minimum stock level for each item. When the quantity reaches this level, the system will send a restock notification.
How do I track expiry dates?
When adding an item, enter the expiry date. The system will automatically track items nearing expiry and notify you in advance.
Can I export inventory reports?
Yes, detailed reports on stock movements, balances, write-offs, and purchases are available. All reports can be exported to Excel or PDF for accounting.
