Which notification channels does EasyWeek support?
EasyWeek supports SMS, email, WhatsApp, push notifications in the mobile app, and Telegram. You can set different channels for different types of messages.
Can I personalise the message text?
Yes, you can fully customise the text of all messages, add variables (customer name, appointment time, service), and create different templates for different situations.
When are reminders sent?
You can set the timing for appointment reminders: 24 hours, 2 hours, 30 minutes before the visit, or any other interval. You can also set multiple reminders for one booking.
Can customers reply to messages?
Yes, customers can confirm or cancel bookings by replying to SMS or in WhatsApp. The system automatically processes their replies and updates the booking status.
How much do SMS messages cost?
The cost of SMS depends on your plan and the number of messages. The basic plan includes a certain number of free SMS reminders; additional messages are charged separately.
